About..

My path here was shaped by a long road to recovery. In my twenties, I faced sudden and life-threatening heart failure — and was told I may never be able to have children. That experience shook me deeply, but it also opened my eyes to how profoundly our daily choices influence our health.

Because of that initial illness, I was later faced with a cascade of hormonal complications and other health challenges that I had to carefully resolve over time. It was not an easy path — long, complex, and often frustrating — but through natural approaches, deep study, and persistence, I found ways to rebuild my strength, restore balance, and ultimately return to full health.

Today I am not only well, but thriving — and the proud mother of three children, including twins. My lived experience is what drives my work: I know what it feels like to face uncertainty, illness, and setbacks, and I also know the remarkable transformation that is possible when we turn to natural, sustainable ways of supporting the body.

Alongside my personal journey, I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (TCM),  Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, further qualifications from the Institute of Functional Medicine (USA),  a Bachelor of Economics (an  earlier blip). That's the big stuff.

I have also continued to study with some of the natural health industry’s leading fertility-focused naturopathic educators. This combination of academic training and lived experience allows me to bring both depth and compassion to the way I work, particularly when supporting women with hormones, fertility, and whole-body health.

A big part of my work is teaching women that setbacks are not endings — they are simply blips, moments along the path that can lead to growth and unexpected beauty.

Life gets messy, but within that mess are threads of resilience, strength, and new possibility. My role is to help women see that, and to remind them that their own story is still being written, no matter how hard things may feel right now.
