These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of any services or programs offered by Ingrid Masi. By accessing this website or purchasing a service or program, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

All services are offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Nature of Services & Information

This website provides educational content, including blogs, articles, guides, online programs, and courses related to health and wellbeing.

All information provided is general in nature only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, nor replace personalised medical or healthcare advice.

You should always seek advice from your GP or other qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

2. Educational Programs & Courses

Online programs and courses offered through this website are educational only.

Participation in a program does not create a practitioner–client relationship unless you separately book and engage in a consultation.

Programs are designed to provide general education, structure, and guidance and should be used alongside, not instead of, appropriate medical care.

3. Consultations (Naturopathy & Nutrition)

As a registered Naturopath and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I provide consultations within my professional scope of practice, which may include:

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Herbal medicine

  • Supplement education

  • Lifestyle and wellbeing support

  • Recommendations for pathology or functional testing (with consent)

All consultations are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment from your GP or specialist.

You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, medications, supplements, pregnancy, or breastfeeding status.

4. Telehealth Consultations

Telehealth consultations are conducted via secure platforms (e.g. Cliniko) in accordance with professional standards and applicable privacy laws.

  • Clients must be 18 years or older, or have written parental/guardian consent

  • Payment is required in advance

  • Sessions are not recorded

5. Fees & Payment

Consultation fees and program prices are clearly outlined at the time of booking or purchase.

Payments are processed via Stripe or direct deposit. Tax receipts are issued upon payment.

6. Refund Policy – Online Programs

Online programs are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you feel a program is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed a substantial portion of the program or downloaded all materials.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Refund Policy – Consultations

Due to the personalised nature of consultations and the time reserved, refunds are not provided for completed consultations.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where services are not provided with due care and skill.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled consultation incur a 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no fee

9. Supplements & Practitioner Links

While care is taken when recommending supplements and herbs, individual responses vary.

Always read product labels and consult your healthcare provider regarding medication interactions.

Purchases made through practitioner supply links (e.g. Vital.ly) may result in a financial benefit to me. This does not influence professional recommendations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, programs, downloads, and materials, is protected by copyright.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or stored without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Ingrid Masi is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on general information provided on this website or within educational programs.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to hack, distribute harmful content, spam, or engage in unlawful activity.

13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

If you have a concern, I encourage you to contact me first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.
