These Terms and Conditions set out your rights and obligations when using this website, my services, or purchasing my programs. By visiting this website or engaging my services, you confirm you are over 18 and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept, please discontinue use.

Naturopathy & Nutrition Consults

As a qualified naturopath, I provide advice within my scope of practice, including:

  • Nutrition consultations

  • Herbal medicine

  • Supplements

  • Lifestyle guidance

Pathology or functional testing may be recommended and arranged with your consent.

Supplements & Herbs

  • I take care in prescribing herbs and supplements; however, individuals respond differently.

  • Always check product labels and consult your healthcare provider, especially regarding interactions with medications.

  • Purchases made via my practitioner link on Vital.ly may provide me with a financial benefit.

Telehealth Consultations

  • Provided securely via Cliniko (audio/visual platform).

  • Clients must be 18+ or provide written guardian/parental consent.

  • Payment is required in advance.

  • Sessions are not recorded.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Each consultation (naturopathy, nutrition, or telehealth) has its own separate fee, clearly outlined at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe or direct deposit.

  • Tax receipts are provided once payment is received.

4. Refund Policy – Online Consults

  • All online consultations come with a 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked.

  • After 30 days, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel a consultation within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee (of the consult fee) will apply.

  • If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.

6. Client Responsibilities

You must inform me of:

  • Any medical conditions or medications (including supplements).

  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.

  • Any concerns about prescribed treatments.

My advice is complementary and not intended to replace your medical practitioner’s care or prescribed medication.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is protected by copyright. No part may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or stored without written consent.

8. Service Satisfaction

I aim to provide the best possible care. If you are dissatisfied, I welcome discussion to resolve concerns. If unresolved, disputes will follow the law of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
If an issue arises, I will first attempt to resolve it with you directly. If not resolved, the matter will proceed under NSW jurisdiction.
